For EMI-noise suppression in Switched-Mode Power Supplies, Frequency Inverters and many other applications, tape-wound cores made of iron-base nano-crystalline 1K107 offer significant advantages in volume and performance. The material property, such as high initial permeability in graded permeability levels between 30 000 and 100 000, high saturation flux density, low core losses and an extended operational temperature range. Common mode chokes with nano-crystalline cores offer the following features: 1, High inductance with a low number of turns and small winding capacities. 2, Broadband insertion loss curve with good damping performance over a wide frequency band. 3, Small choke size for volume- and weight optimized solutions.
Core information: All below listed cores are inserted in PBT or PA66 cases and fixed with silicon rubber to achieve good magnetic property and good mechanical protection. Our plastic cases are suitable for direct winding. Epoxy coated core design is available on the further request.
